About Us

Active Health Promotion was established by Adam Kelly in 2013 and is borne out of Adam’s passion for health and fitness, in particular corporate health. AHP specialises in delivering complete corporate health solutions to workplaces- from individual health assessments, to coordinating a range of exercise classes to tailoring programs to suit your needs. This is turn helps to improve employee productivity and wellness. AHP has a broad range of experienced professionals to deliver quality service, solutions and results and who are all passionate in helping you make your workplace a healthier and more productive place to be.


Classes we offer:

Our most popular class- mixes bodyweight exercises with strength and interval training and uses a variety of equipment, therefore making sure the whole body gets a great workout. Great for team building and team work and a great way to start the day.

Classes can be 45 minutes or an hour, with all equipment provided.

A fun class that’s a great cardiovascular workout, as well as incorporating strength work. A great way to let go of all the workplace stresses and tension. Classes are non contact and non violent.

Our kettlebell classes are awesome for those employees that don’t have a long lunch break. It’s a form of H.I.I.T (High Intensity Interval Training) that will work the whole body; improving strength, flexibility, timing, muscle tone as well as burning fat.

Classes are 30 minutes, with all equipment provided.

A form of exercise that concentrates on breathing and relaxation whilst developing strength, tone and flexibility. Yoga helps to relax the body and free the mind. A great class to do mid-week and help employees re focus for the last couple of days of the working week.

Pilates is a form of exercise, which emphasises the balanced development of the body through core strength , flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement. Pilates classes build strength, flexibility and lean muscle tone with an emphasis on lengthening the body and aligning the spine, rather than on bulking and shortening the muscles.

Not everyone can find the time to enjoy a massage, but everyone would like to. Why not let us bring massage to you? Our seated massage varies in time to suit your needs, ranging from 15 minutes to 30 minutes. Staff will instantly feel relaxed, refocused and more productive. Why not show your staff you appreciate them by giving them a massage.
