Poorly designed workspaces and ergonomic hazards can lead to worker injuries, such as back pain, neck pain, headaches and Occupational Overuse Syndrome (previously Repetitive Strain Injuries or RSI). These injuries can in turn lead to absenteeism, worker error, fatigue and potential Workers Compensation Claims.
Ergonomic Assessments and training focus on preventing or alleviating musculoskeletal injuries, pain and discomfort.They can assist with improving staff productivity, morale and the overall health of your workforce. Our assessments are completed by highly experienced, qualified Occupational Therapists who can assist you with identifying ergonomic risk factors and providing recommendations to improve your workplace ergonomics.
